Project Statement

A bistro and two apartments designed to reflect Swedish minimalism and industrial aesthetics. The bistro features exposed steel, dark tones, and a central bar connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. The apartments emphasize simplicity with clean lines, large windows, and natural materials such as wood and leather.

Design Goals

  • Emphasize simplicity and functionality in both spaces

  • Create a warm, inviting atmosphere using natural materials

  • Enhance connectivity and comfort with flexible, functional layouts

  • Reflect Scandinavian architectural influences in the apartment designs​

  • Optimize the use of natural light with large windows and light-colored interiors
